    Well I am holding it seems…I would like to get back to 272…I don’t want to loose any ground I have gained…I am very modestly yesterday…I ate my fill…I wasn’t hungry at all, but it seems I have really slowed my metabolism down…I probably should buy some snack things…veggies I mean…or none sugary fruits…I need to get to eating several times a day for awhile…I am guessing of course I can only go by what I have heard in the past…That you should eat 5 or 6 times a day…but only snack…it is supposed to keep your metabolism going…That is the only part of the Hcg diet I wonder about it the eating only 2 times a day with the two snacks…I guess now that I think about it, that is probably fine…I am only eating about one time a day & I know that is not good…I will buy a bag of apple’s today & try to eat a few more times…till next time…
